The Continuing Education & Workforce Development Department seeks a part-time instructor for our Intuit Quick Books Certified User certification program. The curriculum focuses on Quick Books Online administration, company file setup, user permissions, contact list management, and constructing customized product and service lists for tracking inventory. Additionally, students will master "Money-In" workflows (estimates, invoices, sales receipts, payments) and "Money-Out" workflows (checks, bills, credit cards, purchase orders), as well as bank feeds, automated bank rules, receipt uploads, and generating core financial reports like Profit and Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Audit Logs.
Prepares the student for employment careers in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, and financial administration. This is a part-time position and reports to the Program Director.
