Magnolia Montessori School is seeking a warm, dedicated certified Infant Guide to join our community for the 2026-27 school year. The ideal candidate will have a deep respect for young children, a strong understanding of Montessori principles, and a passion for supporting independence, curiosity, and social development in toddlers.
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare and maintain a nurturing Montessori toddler environment and community
- Guide children ages 18 months
-3 years in daily classroom activities - Support each child's development and emotional growth
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
- Observe and document children's progress
- Bring creativity, initiative, and strong self direction to the role, while contributing ideas and solutions when needed
