Job DescriptionPosition:
Teacher responsible for coordinating and overseeing testing schedules and activities, ensuring compliance with policy, and supporting students’ academic acquisition.
- Coordinate and oversee all testing schedules and activities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policy, testing protocols, and applicable state regulations.
- Prepare, distribute, secure, and inventory testing materials and equipment.
- Train and support test administrators, proctors, and other personnel involved in testing.
- Maintain accurate testing records, documentation, and reports.
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of children’s growth, development, and academic acquisition.
- Must hold a New Jersey Instructional or Educational Services Certification.
- Holds a master’s degree (preferred).
- Have five (5) years of excellent experience teaching and working with multilingual students.
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing, using proper grammar and vocabulary.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Infinite Campus, Google for Education, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ACCESS testing and AD‑HOc reporting, NJSLA, PSAT, SAT State testing, Portfolios, Pearson, College Board, and Linkit.
- Collect data and complete all required reports in a timely fashion.
- Exhibit enthusiasm and interpersonal skills to relate well with students, staff, administration, parents, and the community.
- Collaborate with the child study team and the multilingual coordinator to support all students.
- Have excellent integrity and demonstrate good moral character and initiative.
- Meet alternative qualifications as the Superintendent may find appropriate and acceptable pending budget availability.
Full-time. Salary: $64,830 – $107,699 per year.
