In this position, you serve as the operational foundation of our campus: you manage the rhythm of each day, safeguard focused learning time, and maintain every operational element so Guides can mentor without interruption.
You will manage safety protocols, facilities oversight, and foundational technology administration while cultivating a welcoming, high-expectation environment for students and families.

What You Will Be Doing- Managing comprehensive daily campus operations to maintain the 2-Hour Learning schedule without delays or disruptions.
- Handling first-line technology support (equipment configuration, rapid troubleshooting) and managing IT escalations.
- Establishing confidence with students, families, and staff through precise communication and reliable execution.
- Executing and reviewing campus safety procedures; overseeing drills, incident documentation, and vendor relationships.
- Facilitating critical functions—events, staff integration, inventory and facility oversight to sustain campus performance at an elevated standard.
- Delivering academic instruction or developing curriculum;
Guides manage student mentorship while you ensure operational precision. - Operating from an isolated administrative space; your contributions directly enhance student results and family engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete campus operation to ensure our campus functions punctually, consistently, and at a standard that supports accelerated learning and outstanding family satisfaction.
Basic Requirements- Bachelor's degree (any field)
- 1+ years managing complex operations in education, events, hospitality, or a comparable high-service setting.
- Demonstrated ability to remain composed during emergencies, show initiative, and manage competing priorities autonomously.
- Proficiency with basic IT troubleshooting and Google Workspace administration.
- Professional, articulate written and spoken communication that fosters community confidence.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States and available to work on-site in NYC, NY.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $55 USD/hour, which equates to $110,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
