The most effective leaders understand that success is not defined by personal achievement. It is defined by the growth and accomplishments of the people they lead.
If you have a proven track record of building high-performing teams, elevating others beyond their perceived limits, and excelling in cultures that demand excellence, this opportunity allows you to deploy those capabilities in service of the next generation.
At Alpha, students do not sit through traditional lectures. Instead, they advance academically through adaptive technology while Guides concentrate on coaching, accountability, motivation, and essential life skills. As a Lead Guide, your mission is to develop the team that drives this model—mentoring Guides, cultivating leaders, and fostering an environment in which students routinely surpass expectations.
This is not a traditional instructional coaching position, nor is it classroom teaching. You will not be reviewing lesson plans or observing lectures—because those do not exist. Your focus will be on cultivating a culture of excellence: coaching Guides, facilitating dynamic life skills workshops, and inspiring students toward ambitious objectives. Your effectiveness will be evaluated by the caliber of student experiences, team performance, and your capacity to uphold rigorous standards while motivating others to achieve them.
Alpha is constructing the world's leading K-12 educational experience. That mission demands leaders who have already demonstrated the ability to elevate team performance, make evidence-based decisions, and champion innovative approaches over legacy systems. If this reflects your experience, we would welcome the opportunity to connect.
This position is presently available at select Alpha campuses:
Greenwich, CT;
Boca Raton, FL;
Miami, FL;
Miami Beach, FL;
Boston, MA;
Raleigh, NC;

If you reside in one of these regions—or are open to relocation—we encourage you to apply. Outstanding candidates from other locations are also welcome to submit applications. As Alpha expands, we consistently align exceptional leaders with emerging opportunities throughout our growing campus network.
