Youth Education Academy's YEA) mission is to empower students and families through district-aligned after school programs, before-school programs and summer camp, fostering positive paths in safe and nurturing environments, committed to "making a YEA of a difference" in every community served. As a PT Youth Program Assistant, you will actively supervise and engage with youth during daily program activities, ensuring safety ad well-being.

You will lead and assist in academic, recreational, and enrichment activities that promote social and emotional growth. Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and supervisors to support student success. Maintain accurate records, including attendance and incident reports, and assist in maintain a clean, organized environment. Support academic achievement and enrichment in alignment with YEA curriculum goals.
