Certified Nursing Assistant Instructor; Registered Nurse

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and the ability to inspire students as they prepare for certification and meaningful employment in healthcare.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide classroom and clinical instruction in accordance with state-approved CNA curriculum
• Monitor student attendance, participation, and progress
• Evaluate student performance fairly and consistently with timely feedback
• Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans and skills demonstrations
• Maintain compliance with state and program requirements for CNA training
• Foster a professional, supportive, and encouraging classroom environment
• Offer tutoring or academic support to students as needed

Qualifications:

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the state of New Jersey
• Minimum of 2 years’ nursing experience (with at least 1 year in a long‑term care facility, as required by state regulations)
• Prior teaching or instructor experience preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Compassionate, patient, and committed to student success

Compensation: $45 - $50 per hour
