Sr Scheduler & Estimator

We are looking for a Senior Scheduler & Estimator to join a fast-growing data center team supporting high-performance GPU infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and estimating complex data center projects, helping ensure on-time, on-budget delivery for next-generation AI workloads.

• Develop detailed project schedules for GPU-focused data center construction, expansion, and upgrade projects.
• Create accurate cost estimates for equipment, labor, and utility infrastructure in alignment with project scopes.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, design teams, engineering, and external vendors to track progress and adjust schedules as needed.
• Identify risks and opportunities within project timelines and budgets, recommending solutions to keep projects on track.
• Analyze historical project data to improve estimating accuracy and scheduling efficiency.
• Support decision-making by providing actionable insights into resource allocation, sequencing, and cost projections.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (PMP, CCM) are a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in scheduling and estimating for large-scale data center, commercial, or industrial projects.
• Experience with GPU-dense, high-power data center projects is highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in project management and scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills; able to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with power and utility infrastructure planning for data centers a strong plus.
