The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading scale up, technical transfers and manufacturing process improvements of Personal Care Products. They will have 3-5 years of experience in the Personal Care Contract Manufacturing space.
Responsibilities- Lead Process development and scale-up of manufacturing processes
- Provide technical support in troubleshooting and transfer from R&D lab to pilot batch.
- Implement GMP Compliant processes, SOPs and process validations.
- Collaborate with R&D and Project Managers to optimize production costs and timelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related degree.
- 3-5 years experience in the Personal Care Contract Manufacturing space.
