- Support and maintain electrical distribution systems, switch gear, panels, transformers, and critical power infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot power-related issues and implement solutions to improve system reliability.
- Support UPS systems, backup power systems, battery backups, and automatic transfer switches (ATS).
- Coordinate and execute facility upgrades while maintaining continuous operations.
- Partner with facilities, maintenance, and engineering teams to support HVAC and utility systems.
- Participate in off-hours maintenance and project activities as required.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in facilities, utilities, plant engineering, or electrical infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of power distribution, switch gear, electrical panels, transformers, UPS systems, and backup power solutions.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotech, critical facilities, data centers, or similar environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical and facility-related issues.
- Pharmaceutical or biotech facility experience.
- Experience with HVAC, air handling units (AHUs), and facility utility systems.
- Experience supporting facilities that operate 24/7.
