This Passaic County-based construction firm have overseen a range of multi-family and commercial projects throughout Northern and Central NJ.
They are currently looking for a Project Engineer to support the project management team on 1-3 concurrent ground-up developments in Northern NJ, including a $50M, 175-unit assisted living property in Morris County.
In this role as Project Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing submittals, processing shop drawings, maintaining logs, and communicating between contractors and design professionals. This is a technical position, so it will involve actually reviewing the drawings rather than just processing them for the PM.
They are looking for someone with 2-5 years' experience and, ideally, an engineering or architecture degree. They would also consider candidates coming out of engineering consultancies and architecture practices who want to transition to the CM world. Experience in multi-family residential and/or assisted living projects is highly preferred.
With three due to start this year, they are a stable and established GC/CM who can offer a steady pipeline of work in NJ.
