Our client, a leading global financial firm, is seeking a Trade Support Analyst to join their team. This role supports the daily trade lifecycle and risk management for the bank’s CLO trading desk. The ideal candidate has strong product knowledge in CLOs and syndicated loans, operational experience, and an understanding of credit markets.

Responsibilities:

• Perform trade capture, affirmation, and settlement for CLO trades in internal systems.
• Reconcile positions and cash flows daily across front office, operations, and clearing systems.
• Validate and monitor P&L and risk exposures for the CLO desk; investigate breaks and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with traders, risk management, and finance teams to ensure accurate trade booking and lifecycle management.
• Monitor portfolio compliance, payment waterfalls, and investor reporting requirements.
• Support monthly and quarterly reporting and assist in audit and regulatory deliverables.
• Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives to streamline middle-office workflows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years in CLO operations, structured credit, or syndicated loan operations at an investment bank or similar institution.
