Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Contract FP&A Manager | High-End Luxury Brand | 2–3 Month Assignment

• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting across multiple business segments
• Deliver detailed financial and P&L analysis to support leadership decision-making
• Analyze actuals vs. forecast and prior periods, identifying trends and drivers
• Partner cross-functionally with teams such as marketing, operations, and commercial groups to monitor spend and optimize performance
• Evaluate profitability across channels and business units
• Assist with capital project financial analysis and ROI assessments
• Improve reporting structures, streamline files, and strengthen financial processes
• Supervise and mentor an analyst

• Strong FP&A background with full P&L ownership experience
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant finance experience
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise
• Ability to step into an existing environment and quickly stabilize processes
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP
• Analytical mindset with strong business judgment
• Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on in the data
• Strong communication skills and ability to partner with cross-functional teams
• Contract Duration: 2–3 months only
• Compensation: Competitive hourly rate up to approximately $80-90/hour depending on experience
• Schedule: Full-time business hours with a hybrid structure (majority onsite)
