Job Summary
:
As a Credit Analyst V, you will conduct complex financial and industry analysis of potential and existing borrowers to support lending and credit functions. This role requires expertise in credit risk assessment, dispute resolution, and compliance monitoring
, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and quality deliverables in a remote team environment.
- Manage daily dispute resolution workload (minimum of 10 cases per day)
- Analyze complex loans, industries, and customer financials independently
- Provide in-depth credit risk assessments including borrower character, creditworthiness, and collateral analysis
- Prepare insightful approval memorandums for presentation to credit authorities
- Attend daily huddles and production goal reviews with team members
- Participate in customer meetings to collect and validate financial data
- Research industry-specific information from publications, agencies, and online sources
- Maintain updated credit files, financial statements, and compliance documentation
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts as needed
- Identify deviations from loan policy and recommend alternative structures to reduce risk
- Minimum 3 years of credit analysis and dispute resolution experience
- Direct experience with CRRG and EOSCAR dispute management systems
- Strong knowledge of loan underwriting and risk factors
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- CDIA certification
- Advanced degree in Finance or related field
- Large financial institution or banking sector experience
- Dispute management with CRRG and EOSCAR
- Credit and loan risk analysis
- Strong financial statement analysis
- Customer-facing communication and inquiry skills
- Resolution management in regulated industries
- Compliance monitoring and documentation
- Strong collaboration and independence in a remote environment
- Analytical writing and recommendation skills
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance in commercial lending
