Responsible for development of budgets for all contract and grant submissions. Responsible for reporting including tracking ofexpenditures and producing required back-ups. Responsible for ensuring the agency is in compliance with all federal and statecontracting requirements. Responsible for recording all accounting entries by program and reconciling internal budgets to contractsubmissions. Prepare annual internal budgets and schedules for financial audit on contracts. Communicate effectively with the Chief Financial Officer regarding status of work.
Be able and flexible to work additional hours as needed to complete assignments.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting required. CPA or MBA preferred. Minimum five years of progressively responsible experience in grants management and accounting. Not-for-profit experience is a plus.
