• develop and maintain strong client relationships through comprehensive financial planning and ongoing service.
• Build and manage a book of business while identifying opportunities for growth through referrals and networking.
• Provide customized recommendations in retirement planning, wealth accumulation, investment strategies, and risk management.
• Educate clients on insurance solutions and financial products designed to protect and enhance their financial future.
• Conduct regular client reviews and update financial strategies to align with changing goals and market conditions.
• Stay current with industry regulations, market trends, and financial planning best practices.
• Collaborate with team members and specialists to deliver comprehensive client solutions
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and company standards.

• 2+ years of experience in financial services, financial planning, wealth management, insurance, or advisory services.
• Active Life & Health Insurance License required.
• Securities registrations (Series 6, 7, 63, or 66) preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Demonstrated success building and maintaining client relationships.
• Strong consultative sales, communication, and interpersonal skills.
