Municipal Clerk/Land Use Board Secretary - Eagleswood Township
Full-time
Responsibilities- Secretary to governing body and land use board
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and resolutions
- Mandatory attendance at all meetings
- Review and respond to all OPRA requests
- Administrator for elections
- Custodian of municipal records
- Issue all licenses and permits
- Maintain municipal code book
- Handle insurance requirements and records
- Registered Municipal Clerk (RMC) certification required;
Certified Municipal Registrar (CMR) certification is a plus - At least three years of Municipal Clerk or Deputy Municipal Clerk experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work cooperatively with elected officials, department heads, employees, volunteers, and general public

SalarySalary range is $75,000–$85,000.
