Hello Sugar is a modern, professional sugaring and waxing studio. Our Rosie Square location is
URGENTLY
looking to hire, and we are looking to expand our brand to multiple locations across Northern New Jersey. We provide a supportive team environment, paid training, and incredible growth opportunities for motivated beauty professionals.
- NJEsthetician or Cosmetologist license held for3+ years(Required).
- Experience in
sales
is a plus, but we provide paid sales training! - Prior
experience in Waxing or Sugaring
is highly

. - Warm, friendly, and dependable with excellent communication skills.
- Coachable

to learn new techniques. - Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment.
- We will train the right licensed candidate
- Provide exceptional full-body sugaring and waxing services while maintaining Hello Sugar protocols.
- Perform skin and brow consultations, and educate clients on proper skincare and aftercare.
- Actively encourage client re-bookings and sell memberships (a core component of your success and earning potential).
- Provide top-tier customer service to build a loyal, recurring clientele.
- Keep a clean, sanitary, and organized work environment.
- Attend paid educational and technique training sessions.
- Competitive pay (hourly + tips + commission). Estimate: $25 - $60+/hour
- Potential high hourly pay for top performers who are able to establish a good clientele & fill their calendars
- Paid training in professional body sugaring/waxing. Training pay will be $16/hour
