Location: Gloucester County, NJ
Job Type/Status: Fee for Service
Duties and Responsibilities- Provide competent, direct clinical services to adults, children and adolescents through a variety of modalities such as individual, couples, family.
- Complete required documentation within established time frames per Federal, State, County, and agency regulations, policy and procedures. Adhere to HIPAA regulations in all related member matters.
- Provide comprehensive clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment appropriate to psychiatric recommendations and members presenting concerns regardless of race, gender, culture or ethnicity.
- Maintain professional license; obtain advanced license, participate in staff professional development trainings and workshops as mandated/required.
- Maintain weekly productivity standards of 70%.
- Maintain show rate target of 72%.
- Attend monthly/weekly supervision meetings with Program Director.
- Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor.
- Master's Degree in the Human Services field with a current active New Jersey license to practice, LSW, LAC from the Department of Consumer Affairs. Advanced New Jersey license preferred; LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
- Experience with providing and documenting direct care within a behavioral health setting.
- Knowledge, training, and application of evidence-based treatment.
- Knowledge of Trauma Informed practice and treatment.
- Able to work in a fast paced, multi-cultural behavioral health setting.
- Proficient in use of computer, familiar with use of an electronic health system.
- Ability to complete documentation independently, accurately, and adhere to time frames.
- Willingness to utilize clinical supervision to promote independent decision making and enhance system collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge, skill, and ability; DSM V/ICD-10, systems of care, risk factors, evidence-based assessment tools.
- A valid NJ driver's license.
