Jones-Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to provide essential care and support to clients in their homes throughout New Jersey. As a CHHA, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and exercises as needed.
• Support clients with meal preparation, feeding, and dietary needs.
• Perform light housekeeping, such as laundry and tidying living spaces.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' conditions to supervisors or healthcare professionals.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Follow care plans and guidelines established by nurses and healthcare professionals.
• Ensure a safe and comfortable home environment.

• Must be a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) in the state of New Jersey
  .
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans effectively.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
