About the RoleAs a Registered Nurse, you will provide essential nursing care within a supportive health service environment, developing your skills and expertise from a novice to a proficient practitioner. This role offers a valuable opportunity to consolidate your clinical knowledge while embracing continuous professional development and gaining hands-on experience. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred care and contributing positively to patient outcomes.
In this role, you will take accountability for your own standards of nursing care and for supervising delegated activities, working closely with the wider healthcare team. About YouWe are seeking a committed and skilled Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality, consumer-centred care within a collaborative healthcare environment. You will bring a strong foundation in nursing practice and a proactive approach to professional development and teamwork.
- Registered or eligible for registration as a General Nurse with the Nursing Board of Australia, holding or eligible for a current practising certificate.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated competence in nursing practice, including prioritising workload, delegating appropriately, and contributing to the learning of others.
- Strong knowledge of nursing responsibilities, relevant legislation, quality improvement systems, and professional conduct standards in healthcare.
