Location: Multi-site role covering several hospital locations across New Brunswick, Elizabeth, Long Branch, Jersey City, and Toms River, NJ

About Our ClientA rapidly growing healthcare services organization is expanding its oncology financial navigation program and seeking a dedicated Team Lead to support multiple hospital sites while overseeing onsite Financial Navigators.
Job DescriptionThe Oncology Financial Navigator Team Lead provides onsite leadership, coordination, and operational oversight for financial navigation teams across several New Jersey hospitals. The role includes hands‑on patient financial counseling.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as onsite team lead across multiple hospital locations.
- Provide daily leadership, mentoring, onboarding, and training for Financial Navigators.
- Monitor workflows, productivity, team performance, and compliance.
- Manage complex patient financial navigation cases across sites.
- Travel daily between assigned New Jersey sites.
- EPIC experience (required)
- Background in patient financial eligibility, billing, Medicaid eligibility, social work, or patient advocacy
- Hospital or oncology experience strongly preferred
- Must have reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and active insurance
