After School ABA Therapist

Your afternoons can change a child's future. We are looking for ABA Therapists to provide one on one, in home therapy to children with autism in Elizabeth and surrounding Union County communities. This is meaningful, skill building work with a schedule that actually fits your life.

• $22–$32 per hour – Your pay matches your experience.

• Provide engaging, one on one ABA therapy in children's homes
• Follow individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Track progress with simple data collection tools
• Partner with families and collaborate with your clinical team
• Be the consistent, encouraging presence a child looks forward to each afternoon

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field OR hands-on experience with children (paraprofessional, childcare, coaching, tutoring)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Willingness to travel to client homes in the Elizabeth/Union County area
• Genuine passion for helping children with autism thrive

• Current RBT certification
• Previous ABA or behavior therapy experience
• Special education or early intervention background
