Description Radiologic Technologist
Reports to: Office Manager
Summary: Immediate Care Walk-In We are seeking full time X-Ray Technologists to serve a busy Urgent Care center in Red Bank, NJ.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Prepare patients for x-rays following established procedures for patient care and safety.
- Exercise professional judgment and provide patient care essential to the radiology procedures.
- Obtain quality diagnostic radiographs as requested by providers, including orthopedic images.
- Assist other staff members (Medical Assistants, Front Desk Associates, Providers) as needed.
- All other duties as assigned by Office Manager or Practice Administrator.
- Diagnostic Radiography license with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Ability to maintain effective and organized systems to ensure timely patient flow
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends
- Maintain QC book up to date
