Demonstratesthecompetenciesasestablishedonthe Assessment and Evaluation Toolforthis  position.

Potentialforexposuretothehazardsandriskofthehospitalenvironment,includingexposureto infectious disease, hazardous substances, and potential injury.

This position requires frequent walking and standing and occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.

• EDUCATION:
  
  Bachelorsdegreeorequivalentexperiencein Exercise Scienceorrelated  science required.
• LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: BLS certification required within 90 days from date of hire or transfer.
  
  Nationally recognized Personal Trainingcertificationrequiredwithin
  90daysofhireor transfer.
  
  ACSMHealth
  
  Fitness instructor,NSCA,NASM,orACEPersonal
  
  Trainer certification preferred.
• EXPERIENCE:
  
  Experienceworkingwithamedicalfitnessprogram preferred.
