Wonder Way ABA is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. You will assist BCBA/LBAs in implementing individualized behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in homes, schools, and treatment centers.
You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy in-clinic and community settings, track progress with client data, and support families and staff.
