We’re Hiring:
Physical Therapist (PT)
Middlesex County, New Jersey
In-Home Visits
$80–$90 Per Hour
Ameri Well Care is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to provide in-home therapy services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) throughout Middlesex County, NJ.
This is a meaningful opportunity to make a direct impact while enjoying flexibility, strong support, and competitive compensation.

- Complete timely documentation and progress notes
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapy License
- Experience with IDD populations preferred (Not Necessary)
- Compassionate, patient-centered mindset
- Reliable transportation for community visits
