We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Front Desk Manager (single individual or couple) to oversee daily front office operations at our property in Seaside Heights, NJ. This is a live-in position, and accommodation is provided.
The ideal candidate must be willing to relocate and be present on-site. Our peak season runs from May through September.
Training will be provided if necessary.
Position Requirements- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Basic to intermediate computer skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to live on-site and be available as needed
- Willingness to relocate to Seaside Heights, NJ
- Check guests in and out efficiently and professionally
- Answer phone calls and manage reservations
- Conduct regularly scheduled meetings with front office personnel
- Ensure all team members are attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to guests, managers, and fellow employees
- Review Front Office log book and guest feedback forms daily
- Review daily front office activity reports generated by Night Audit
- Perform other duties as requested by management
- On-site accommodation provided
- Seasonal peak operation (May–September)
- Supportive work environment
- Training provided if needed
