Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Executive Recruiter to drive Sales Leadership hiring for U.S. markets from India. This is an individual contributor role which demands a confident, consultative head-hunter who understands the nuances of hiring Hunters, Sales Leaders, Client Partners, and P&L owners in North America, and who can operate with autonomy while collaborating across geographies. You will be part of Incedo’s Global Leadership Hiring & Leadership Success team, engaging directly with the CEO and senior business stakeholders, sales heads, and the leadership team to deliver strategic, high-quality talent outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Director – Leadership Hiring and Business Leaders to define hiring strategy for senior sales and business development roles in the U.S.
  • Build deep understanding of sales leadership archetypes — from Hunter / Client Partner to Head of Growth and P&L leaders — across verticals like Telecom, Banking, and Product Engineering.
  • Source and engage passive senior candidates using advanced search strategies, social intelligence, and executive mapping tools.
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment — from research, outreach, and screening to stakeholder calibration, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Develop market insights and talent intelligence reports to guide hiring decisions.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across time zones, ensuring strong alignment and proactive communication.
  • Maintain a world-class candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Track hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate conversion) to continuously improve outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5–10 years of full-cycle recruitment experience with a strong focus on executive or leadership hiring.
  • Proven success in Sales or GTM Leadership hiring for U.S. markets (must-have).
  • Expertise in headhunting, executive search, and passive talent sourcing.
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. sales ecosystem — titles, compensation patterns, and cultural nuances.
  • Proficient in Linked In Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, and CRM tools.
  • Techno-functional hiring exposure within Digital, Data, AI, and Engineering domains preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret market data and present insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work across time zones.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or HR certification preferred.
