We are hiring dynamic Recruiters / Lead Recruiters to manage end-to-end hiring for both IT and Non-IT roles. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in staffing and a passion for building a career in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT positions
- Understand client requirements and job descriptions
- Source candidates through job portals and social platforms
- Screen and shortlist profiles based on role fit
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews
- Coordinate interviews with clients and internal teams
- Follow up with candidates through offer and onboarding stages
- Maintain trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Generate references and engage passive candidates
- Collaborate with team leads to meet hiring targets
- Ensure quality submissions and improve closure ratio
- Stay updated on market trends and salary benchmarks
- 2–8 years of experience in Recruitment / Staffing / Talent Acquisition
- Experience in IT and/or Non-IT hiring
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Target-driven and proactive approach
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously
