As the Payroll Specialist, you will work within our payroll department located in Mt. Holly, Burlington County NJ.

Pay: $16.75/hr.
The potential employee must meet data entry deadlines; ability to demonstrate a high level of organization skills in addition to maintaining agency confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Employee maintenance
- Scan and upload employee completed maintenance
- Enter and verify new hire documentation
- Assist with biweekly payroll (approx. 2000 staff)
- Assist with employee phone call with questions
- Employee reimbursements
- Entering garnishments into Ulti Pro
- Back up to Payroll Specialist
- Special projects as assigned by Payroll Manager

Qualifications:
- Associates Degree and/or payroll experience required;
- Experience working with Ulti-Pro Software preferred;
- Must have very strong Excel and Microsoft Office Skills
- Valid Driver's License.
