We are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative Senior Dev Ops Developer to join our technology team. This role is critical in enabling efficient software delivery and operational excellence across our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building and supporting CI/CD pipelines, automation, and troubleshooting, while demonstrating adaptability and a passion for continuous improvement.

• Design, build, and maintain Azure Dev Ops pipelines (YAML and Classic).
• Provide guidance and troubleshooting support to application development teams for pipeline issues.
• Own and manage pipelines for internal Dev Ops team initiatives.
• Develop and maintain scripts to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Utilize Power Shell, Bash, or Python for automation across build, deployment, and maintenance processes.
• Configure and manage Azure Dev Ops service connections and deployment targets.
• Ensure smooth integration of pipelines with cloud resources and environments.
• Implement secure practices for service connections, identities, and secrets management.
• Support compliance requirements (e.g., SOX) through proper documentation and audit readiness.
• Partner with development, infrastructure, and security teams to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Act as a subject matter expert and coach for Dev Ops best practices.
• Diagnose and resolve issues in build and release pipelines quickly and effectively.
• Develop and maintain rollback strategies and operational runbooks.
• Identify opportunities to optimize pipelines, reduce deployment times, and improve reliability.
• Stay current with emerging Dev Ops tools and practices to enhance delivery capabilities.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience with Software engineering.
• Strong experience with Azure Dev Ops (YAML and Classic pipelines).
• Proficiency in automation scripting (Power Shell, Bash, Python).
• Solid understanding of CI/CD principles, build/release processes, and deployment strategies.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services and resource management for delivery workflows.
• Knowledge of secure Dev Ops practices, including identity management and secrets handling.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.

• Knowledge and experience with design and implementation of security standards and patterns.
• Must be a team player with solid communication skills, excellent at problem solving / troubleshooting, and can embrace new challenges.
• Able to keep a positive attitude and can remain flexible in a dynamic environment.
• Can manage time across multiple, simultaneous projects.
• Proven to work effectively as a member of a team, as well as the maturity to work independently.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
