Senior SSIS Developer

We are looking for a seasoned Senior SSIS Developer with 8+ years of experience in SQL Server and SSIS development.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust ETL solutions, optimizing database performance, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality data and reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop SQL Server stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers.
• Build and maintain SSIS/SQL ETL solutions to acquire and prepare data from multiple upstream systems.
• Develop data transformations using SSIS, including importing data from files and migrating data across platforms.
• Debug and optimize SSIS and other ETL processes for accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with leadership and internal stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver effective data solutions.
• Analyze requirements, design systems and programs, and write code using appropriate tools and languages.
• Ensure all reporting code adheres to established standards, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Communicate effectively with business users, IT teams, vendors, and customers to define application requirements.
• Provide clear documentation and updates on project status, escalating issues when necessary.
• Extend capabilities by collaborating with senior staff and subject matter experts.

• 8+ years of experience with SQL Server (2019, 2022) and SSIS development.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and complex query debugging.
• Solid understanding of database structures, performance tuning, and data analysis.
• Experience developing SSIS packages and stored procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and in an onshore-offshore environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
