Senior Alloy DB Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Alloy

DB Engineer to lead database design, performance optimization, and integration efforts within Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

This role involves working closely with clients to deliver robust, scalable, and efficient database solutions using Alloy

DB, while supporting data migration, analytics, and cloud integration initiatives.

• Design and implement Alloy
  
  DB solutions based on project data requirements.
• Plan database capacity and scalability strategies.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in Alloy
  
  DB environments.
• Optimize queries, indexing, and storage utilization.
• Implement and manage Alloy
  
  DB within GCP environments.
• Integrate Alloy
  
  DB with other GCP services such as Big Query, Pub/Sub, and Dataflow.
• Lead data migration efforts involving Postgre
  
  SQL and Alloy
  
  DB.
• Support data analytics initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Apply disaster recovery and problem management strategies.
• Create technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Participate in full systems lifecycle activities including analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and apply innovative solutions.

• 7+ years of experience in database engineering.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Alloy
  
  DB.
• 5+ years of experience in performance tuning and optimization.
• 3+ years of experience in data migration strategies and execution.
• 2+ years of experience with Big Query.
• Strong understanding of database design principles and capacity planning.
• Experience with GCP services and cloud-native database integration.
• Proficiency in technical problem-solving and analytical processes.
• Strong communication and technical writing skills.

• Experience with data analytics and reporting.
• Familiarity with Postgre
  
  SQL and migration tools.
• Exposure to emerging technologies and cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to work collaboratively and support cross-functional teams.
