This is a remote, part-time, and contract position.
The OpportunityWe are seeking a proactive, data-driven Social Media Insights Analyst to be the primary engine for our digital intelligence. In this role, you will monitor the pulse of the Med Tech landscape—from surgical robotics and digital health to patient-centric innovations—ensuring our teams have the data they need to lead the industry.
Key Responsibilities- Reporting & Analytics:
Design and manage comprehensive social media reports via Hootsuite, tracking KPIs and ROI across all Med Tech social channels. - Social Listening Excellence:
Fully own the Talkwalker environment. You will build and optimize custom listening dashboards to monitor conversations around our brands, key competitors, and critical medical topics. - Trend Scouting:
Research and identify emerging trends in the medical technology and healthcare space (e.g., AI in surgery, telehealth, orthopedic innovation) to provide actionable intelligence. - Monthly Insights Newsletter:
Act as the "Editor-in-Chief" of our monthly internal newsletter, summarizing performance metrics and cultural trends for cross-functional stakeholders. - Proactive Team Updates:
Actively brief marketing and communication teams on relevant conversations, community sentiment, and breaking industry news.
Skills & Qualifications
- Platform Expertise:
Advanced/Expert level proficiency in Talkwalker (social listening) and Hootsuite (analytics and management) is mandatory. - Data Storytelling:
Exceptional ability to turn raw data into clean, visual, and persuasive narratives for internal distribution. - Industry Knowledge: A strong interest or background in Healthcare, Med Tech, or Life Sciences.
- Soft Skills:
You must be a proactive problem solver with a can-do attitude. We value a collaborative spirit and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
