• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and design product configurations
• Manage time effectively to deliver critical components and ensure client satisfaction
• Prepare system and data transition plans, completing migrations involving historical data
• Lead hands‑on training sessions and provide technical support during go‑live events
• Develop custom reports and system integration mappings

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (finance, accounting)
• Minimum 9 years of client experience in the financial services industry
• Solid working knowledge of asset management and back office operations
• Familiarity with the general ledger
• Working knowledge of Advent’s Geneva or similar applications

• Strong troubleshooting and reasoning skills
• Ability to present information effectively to both technical and non‑technical individuals
• Self‑directed with the ability to work independently
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
