Title ::
Functional Business Analyst – Salesforce
Duration :
One Year (Remote)
- Experience capturing, and documenting B2B customer centric requirements, with a focus on minimizing customer pain points, and providing visibility into operational data.
- Perform analysis and design using various methods, including: business requirements, functional specifications, user stories/acceptance criteria, use cases, swim lanes, and process flows, swim lane diagrams, AS-IS / TO-BE diagrams, and mock‑ups/wireframes.
- Understanding of best practices with Digital User Interface designs and User Experience.
- Experience with visually modeling requirements using tools.
- Experience in SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Experience in Jira.
- Experience with documenting requirements for integrations between enterprise systems.
- Strong experience in business process design and workflow analysis.
- Strong knowledge and execution of IT Standards, Policies and Procedures.
- Knowledge of Information Security Practices.
- Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies & Tools.
- Experience in working with multiple data sources and ERPs
- Experience in the Manufacturing Industry is a plus.
- Google Suite and Lucid Charts knowledge is a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud is a plus.
