We are seeking a seasoned Client Partner to lead strategic client relationships within the Wealth & Retirement Services sector. This role is focused on growing and managing existing client accounts, driving digital transformation initiatives, overseeing delivery excellence, and expanding the organization's footprint through account mining and consultative selling.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Services and Consulting, coupled with deep experience in Wealth Management, Retirement Services, Pension Administration, Retirement Recordkeeping, or Annuities. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to clients while ensuring successful delivery of complex technology and business transformation programs.

The Role Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Own executive relationships across assigned Wealth & Retirement accounts.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders.
    • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client priorities and business objectives.
    • Drive client satisfaction, retention, and long-term account growth.
  • Account Mining & Revenue Growth
    • Identify and develop opportunities within existing accounts to increase revenue and expand service offerings.
    • Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities across consulting, digital transformation, data, AI/GenAI, cloud, engineering, and managed services.
    • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities within assigned accounts.
    • Partner with solution and practice teams to develop compelling client proposals and business cases.
  • Delivery Leadership & Governance
    • Provide executive oversight for large-scale delivery engagements and transformation programs.
    • Ensure successful execution of projects, meeting client expectations for quality, timelines, and outcomes.
    • Lead governance reviews, executive steering committees, and account performance discussions.
    • Manage delivery risks, escalations, and stakeholder communications.
    • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across engagements.
  • Digital & Business Transformation
    • Lead strategic transformation initiatives across Wealth & Retirement platforms and operations.
    • Advise clients on modernization strategies involving cloud, data platforms, AI/GenAI, automation, and customer experience transformation.
    • Collaborate with consulting and technology teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive measurable business value.
    • Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies impacting the Wealth & Retirement sector.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in IT Services, Technology Consulting, or Professional Services.
  • Strong experience managing and growing accounts within the Wealth & Retirement industry.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale delivery programs and transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success in account mining, client relationship management, and revenue growth.
  • Experience selling and delivering services across digital transformation, cloud, data & analytics, AI/GenAI, application modernization, and managed services.
