Senior Product Manager - Delivery & Operations Product Lead - Business Process Management

Global Development Information Technology (GD IT) is seeking a strategic, execution‑oriented Senior Manager to lead product delivery for next‑generation applications that transform the way clinical studies are designed, planned, and assessed. As the Product Lead on the Enabling Technologies team, you will drive low‑code BPM (Appian) and generative/agentic AI solutions that streamline study design, feasibility, and downstream planning. Partnering with clinical, data, and architecture leaders, you will translate complex requirements into scalable, secure, and user‑centric products that accelerate speed, quality, and consistency in clinical development.

You will own the full product lifecycle—roadmap, design, build, testing, launch, and operations—while ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory standards, and data‑privacy requirements. Your blend of clinical process expertise, agile leadership, and technical savviness will be essential to delivering measurable value across Global Development.

• Leading daily stand‑ups, grooming backlogs, and approving Appian user stories for study‑design workflows.
• Facilitating workshops with clinical stakeholders to map current versus future processes and prioritize AI‑enabled improvements.
• Reviewing solution architecture to ensure secure, scalable integrations with data, analytics, and LLM‑based services.
• Supervising sprint progress, mitigating risks, and updating program leadership on timelines, budget, and return of investment (ROI).
• Monitoring platform performance and adoption, and identifying automation or reporting improvements.
• Preparing and presenting demos or governance materials for steering committees and change‑control boards.

• Deep knowledge of clinical development processes combined with hands‑on product and low‑code platform expertise.
• Ability to translate complex operational problems into clear, innovative digital solutions and roadmaps.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills, influencing cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
• Adept at working in agile environments, balancing short‑term results with long‑term strategy.
• Experience collaborating with data science teams to embed RAG, MCP, or LLM capabilities into business workflows.
• “Get‑it‑done” mentality, balancing multiple high‑impact initiatives while maintaining quality.

• BS/BA with 8–10 years of proven experience (or MS/MBA with 6+ years as an equivalent), including 3 years in enterprise SaaS and 1+ year delivering generative/agentic AI solutions.
• Proven success implementing Appian or similar BPM platforms for clinical or regulated environments.
• Consistent track record driving process optimization, agile delivery, and cross‑system integrations in Global Development.
