Overview
Project Wise Cloud is transitioning from a legacy, project-driven delivery model to a modern, CI/CD-enabled platform. We are seeking a Platform Delivery Manager to design, own, and operate the delivery systems that allow us to ship change safely, repeatedly, and at scale without direct customer involvement. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and operations and is accountable for how change moves through the Project Wise Cloud ecosystem.
Responsibilities- Define and own the end-to-end delivery model for Project Wise Cloud platform changes.
- Establish standardized rollout, release, and rollback patterns across the fleet; ensure delivery models prioritize reliability, observability, and operational readiness; lead release readiness reviews and go/no-go decisions for platform changes.
- Partner with Product to ensure new capabilities are deliverable without bespoke customer coordination.
- Reduce reliance on long-lived, account-specific projects in favor of repeatable delivery mechanisms.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure clarity of ownership and expectations.
- Track and report on delivery health metrics and continuously improve delivery efficiency.
- Experience operating in complex, brownfield platforms undergoing modernization.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, progressive delivery, and operational best practices.
- Proven ability to influence across Product, Engineering, and Operations; background in technical program management, platform operations, or large-scale SaaS delivery.
- Comfort pushing back on unsustainable delivery patterns, including customer-driven exceptions.
- Former TPM, SRE, Platform PM, or senior delivery lead.
- Experience scaling release processes in high-availability systems.
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and observability-driven operations.
