** Leads a team of client service professionals responsible for delivering high-quality service and maximizing client value. This role partners closely with clients and internal teams to drive successful adoption of data and technology solutions. ** What You Will Do
*** Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing client services team
* Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted partner
* Translate client needs into actionable solutions and service plans
* Serve as an escalation point for complex client issues
* Drive adoption of data and technology solutions across clients and teams
* Monitor performance and service delivery metrics to ensure high-quality outcomes
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client success
* Identify process improvements and drive operational efficiencies
** Technical Expertise
*** Quickly learn new platforms, tools, and data solutions
* Translate technical concepts into clear guidance for clients and internal teams
* Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing enablement for new capabilities
* Support clients and teams in effectively utilizing technology solutions
** Impact & Opportunities
*** Lead and develop a growing client services team
* Influence client strategy and service delivery outcomes

** Qualifications
* ** Bachelor’s degree required
* Experience in client services, account management, or related roles
* Proven people management experience
* Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly
* Experience training internal teams and/or external clients
* Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $86,000.00 - $. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
