Sr Mgr Product Mgt - Delivery & Operations Product Lead – Enabling Technologies

Responsibilities

• Own full product lifecycle (roadmap, design, build, testing, launch, operations) for next-generation clinical study applications.
• Lead daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and approve Appian user stories for study-design workflows.
• Facilitate workshops with clinical stakeholders to map current vs. future processes and prioritize AI-enabled improvements.
• Review solution architecture for secure, scalable integrations with data, analytics, and LLM-based services.
• Supervise sprint progress, mitigate risks, and report timelines, budget, and ROI to program leadership.
• Monitor platform performance/adoption and identify automation or reporting improvements.
• Prepare/present demos and governance materials for steering committees and change-control boards.

• BS/BA with 8–10 years experience (or MS/MBA with 6+ years), including 3 years enterprise SaaS and 1+ year delivering generative/agentic AI solutions.
• Proven success implementing Appian (or similar BPM) in clinical or regulated environments.
• Track record driving process optimization, agile delivery, and cross-system integrations in Global Development.

• Deep clinical development process knowledge plus hands‑on low-code/product expertise.
• Stakeholder management skills; can influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience embedding RAG, MCP, or LLM capabilities into business workflows.
