SHI is seeking a Change & Release Manager in the United States (New Jersey) to lead and govern the end-to-end IT change and release lifecycle. You will ensure documentation, risk assessment, and testing are completed, and coordinate release calendars to minimize business disruption.
The role requires deep ITIL knowledge, experience with Service Now Change and Release Management, and proven ability to lead governance forums and CAB/eCAB meetings in a global, cross-functional environment.
