Osmo, the company on a mission to give computers a sense of smell, is hiring a Head of IT for its Elizabeth, New Jersey headquarters. Few IT environments look like this one: a fragrance compounding floor, an olfaction research lab, and a commercial fine fragrance business under one roof, the modern face of an industry whose transformation our AI-in-perfumery coverage tracks.

The Head of IT owns infrastructure, security, and business systems across the site: networks and devices for lab and office teams, identity and access management, vendor and SaaS administration, and the reliability of the systems that connect formulation data, manufacturing, and research. The role builds process where a fast-scaling startup needs it and stays hands-on where headcount is lean.

Experienced IT leaders comfortable owning the full stack solo-to-small-team: infrastructure, security posture, procurement, and support, ideally with manufacturing or lab environment exposure. Startup pragmatism matters; the role is full-time and on-site in Elizabeth.
