Role: Service Now Virtual Agent Architect
CLIENT: DOE.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the architecture and design of Client Virtual Agent and conversational AI solutions.
- Define scalable Virtual Agent, NLU, chatbot, and integration architecture.
- Design integrations with Client modules and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
- Establish best practices for Flow Designer, scripting, conversational workflows, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and enterprise architects to translate requirements into solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, conduct design reviews, and mentor development teams.
- 8+ years of Client experience with strong architecture background.
- 3+ years of hands-on Client Virtual Agent / Conversational AI experience.
- Strong expertise in NLU, Virtual Agent, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience with ITSM/CSM and enterprise Client implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Client architecture, integrations, security, scalability, and best practices.
