Senior Business Systems Analyst

• Assist in the development of integrated/custom solutions for IQVIA PAAS customers
• Architect and visualize integration points and customer journeys
• Collaborate with PAAS teams to align key internal stakeholders
• Assist the Client Account Management Team at launch or with high-touch or complex programs
• Serve as a subject matter expert on internal IQVIA processes and solutions
• Mentor and assist in training new Client Account Management team members
• Collaborate with cross-functional Patient Access and Affordability Solutions teams to support communications, deliverable understanding, and timely program implementation
• Provide backup support for Client Account Management Team Leads on extended leave
• Draft, develop, finalize, and communicate technical content and guides for PAAS program management and monitoring
• Gather technical content from subject matter experts and use related tools to develop polished documentation

• Minimum of a BA or BS college degree
• 3-5 years in an account management, technical writing and/or technical project management type role
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical landscape and copay or patient assistance programs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task across assignments for multiple clients
• Ability to visualize and document customer journeys and processes
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and project teams
• Ability to maintain detailed and organized documentation
• Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently to all levels within an organization
• Ability to take ownership and accountability for assigned deliverables

Demonstrates expertise in account management and technical writing within the pharmaceutical landscape, focusing on patient assistance programs and effective communication with stakeholders. Capable of visualizing customer journeys and managing complex program implementations while maintaining organized documentation.
