Real Estate Attorney opening in Northern New Jersey

We have partnered with a law firm client on the search for a skilled Real Estate Attorney with 4–7 years of experience to join a dynamic practice serving a diverse client base. The ideal candidate will have substantial leasing experience and a strong background in handling a variety of real estate matters, from representing landlords, developers, and purchasers during market growth periods to advising distressed tenants and financial institutions in complex transactions or workouts.

• 3–8 years of real estate law experience, with significant leasing expertise.
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar required;
  New York Bar preferred.
• Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple matters and deliver high-quality work under deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and client service orientation.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $138,500–$187,600, based on experience and qualifications.
