Must have at least 4 years of experience working on commercial/business disputes, conducting discovery, drafting pleadings and motions and attending court as well as taking and defending depositions. The firm offers a strong full service platform, meaningful collaboration, generous benefits, including discretionary and origination bonuses.
Must be licensed in New Jersey and New York is a plus.
