Job OverviewIron Mountain is seeking a motivated and reliable Move & Pack Lead/Driver to join our Clutter team. In this role, you will lead moving teams and manage warehouse operations to deliver a seamless, high‑quality storage experience for our customers.
Hours and ScheduleHours:
Flexible shift start times between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM.
Schedule:
Operations run 7 days a week. Full‑time roles target at least 5 days/week, 40 hours/week. Weekend availability is required.
- Lead and drive a team of 2–3 associates to complete daily moving and storage jobs, ensuring safe moving, packing, loading, and transportation of items while providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage fulfillment of inbound, outbound, and transfer operations within the warehouse using mobile technology to accurately scan, categorize, and inventory customer items.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and organizational policies through frequent quality audits, maintaining a high level of work quality in both the warehouse and customer residences.
- At least 21 years of age with a valid standard driver’s license and ability to pass a required physical exam.
- Proven ability to track and manage logistics data using smartphone software and mobile applications.
- Strong physical stamina, with ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and remain on your feet for the duration of an 8‑hour shift.
- Previous experience in moving, warehouse, manufacturing, inventory management, general labor, or customer service environments.
- Base hourly rate of $28/hour, with digital and cash tips and bonus potential for employees recognized by name in positive online customer reviews.
- Overtime pay at 1.5× hourly rate, available as needed.

Compensation RangeReasonably expected salary range: $53,000.00 - $66,300.00. Employee starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. Where state, municipal, provincial, territorial, or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
