Job Description

Supply Chain Manager – Procurement, NPI & Supplier Quality Coordination (US Suppliers)

Location:

Cincinnati, USA

Main Mission

Lead a multicultural, cross-functional team of approximately 10 people (Procurement, NPI Engineering, Supplier Quality) to ensure end-to-end supply chain performance with American suppliers, supporting both Original Equipment (OE) and Aftermarket activities within the Controls & Accessories Center of Excellence.

Act as the primary interface in the US, coordinating internal stakeholders and suppliers in a demanding international environment while driving performance, resilience, and continuous improvement.

Desired Profile Education & Experience
  • Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, or related field
  • Proven experience managing supply chain teams in an industrial environment
  • Experience in OE and/or aftermarket strongly preferred
Technical Skills
  • Strong knowledge of aeronautical industrialization processes (PPAP, part qualification, etc.)
  • Solid experience with advanced quality and problem‑solving methods (8D, QRQC, SMS)
  • Proven track record in capacity/workload management and crisis resolution
Leadership & Soft Skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop multicultural teams
  • Strong coordination and influence skills in a matrix organization
  • Ability to manage critical situations and escalations effectively
  • Pragmatic, proactive, and results-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication, synthesis, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to align diverse stakeholders and drive collective performance
Additional Skills
  • Proficiency in French is a plus
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the USA (~30%)
  • Ensure regular presence at supplier sites (~30% travel) to support operations and performance alignment

Supplier Performance Coordination & Accountability
  • Act as a key coordinator and contributor to supplier performance in close collaboration with the Supplier Performance Management (SPM) team, who retain functional ownership
  • Ensure alignment and consistency of actions across Procurement, NPI, Supplier Quality, and SPM
  • Promote a common roadmap, shared priorities, and aligned objectives with the Supplier Performance team
